Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief explanation

If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

ZIVEN reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
